Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All our fragrance samples and travel sprays contain authentic fragrance carefully hand-decanted from original retail bottles into new glass spray atomizers.
What is a fragrance decant?
A fragrance decant is a smaller amount of authentic perfume transferred from its original retail bottle into a separate spray atomizer. It allows you to experience a fragrance without purchasing the full-size bottle.
Will I receive the original perfume bottle or box?
No. When you select a 3 mL Sample or 8 mL Travel Spray, you will receive the fragrance in a Tiny Essence Co. atomizer—not the manufacturer’s original bottle or packaging. Full-size bottles are included only when the product option specifically states “Full Size Bottle.”
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer:
• 3 mL Sample Sprays
• 8 mL Travel Sprays
• Selected full-size bottles when stated on the product page
How many sprays are included?
The number of sprays can vary depending on the atomizer, but a 3 mL sample generally provides approximately 30–45 sprays, while an 8 mL travel spray generally provides approximately 80–120 sprays.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship fragrance orders within the contiguous United States using an eligible ground shipping service. We do not currently ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free U.S. ground shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more. Selected sets or promotions may include free shipping when clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tinyessencecompany@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Is Tiny Essence Co. affiliated with the fragrance manufacturers?
No. Tiny Essence Co. is an independent fragrance decant retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
